Gradual Peak provides a professional and
cost effective design and build service for projects
ranging from large extensions to multiple house developments
and refurbishment/conversion of old property.
Using our in house CAD facilities our
experienced personnel will prepare designs, drawings
and specifications suitable for Planning applications
and Building Warrant submissions. We will also liase
with outside parties as necessary.
From the outset we work closely with our
clients to ensure that the design they get is the one
they want. Financial control ranks highly throughout
discussions to ensure that budget constraints are met.
Construction is planned and managed by
senior staff and undertaken by directly employed tradesmen
and selected specialist contractors.
Gradual Peak owns and operates its own
plant fleet including JCB JS130, Terex 3.5T mini excavator,
dump truck, flat back lorry and all terrain telescopic
forklift with extension jib. This plant is available
for hire with or without operator.
