THE BRIEF
A COMPLETE NEW CONSTRUCTION
As Main Contractor Gradual Peak was responsible for all stages of the build from demolition of existing property to the handover of the completed home. All within the confines of a site barely 8m wide.
Gradual Peak undertook a design and build of the walnut and glass 2 storey staircase. See picture of it below.
All aspects of the design from the basement to the boat shaped upper floor presented demanding construction methods and the required quality of finish was particularly high.
